This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to explain to “You” OdCen’s (“OdCen,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) practices concerning the protection and collection of personal data collected by the www.odcen.com website, any other websites operated by OdCen (together “the Website”) which may be accessible through a mobile application, and any other personal data collected by OdCen at our retail stores (“retail store”). OdCen respects your concerns regarding the confidentiality of the personal data you provide us with when you visit or buy products on the Website or our retail stores. This Policy allows you to learn more information about the nature and how we use the personal data you provide on the Website and at any of our retail stores, the nature and use of navigation information processed when you visit the Website, and about your rights. This Policy completes the Terms and Conditions of the Website and governs the use we make of your personal data and personal data collected and processed when you visit the Website. By using the Website and providing us with personal data at our retail store, you fully accept the terms of the Policy. OdCen reserves the right to modify or update the Policy from time to time and the changes will be applicable immediately. The date of the last version of the Policy is displayed at the bottom of this Policy.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

“Personal data” refers to information that is connected to your name, and may include things such as your email address, mailing address, phone number, clothes size, style preference, favorite brands, marital status, food preference, beverage preference, and color preference. Via the Website and at our retail store, OdCen may collect personal data, including when creating an account on the Website, making a purchase on the Website, or when subscribing to our newsletter or a specific alert proposed on the Website.

2. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on the type of personal data, you may have a right to access, rectify, limit, delete, and to enjoy the portability of your personal data as well as the possibility of opposing the processing of such data for legitimate reasons or at any time when opposing the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, as well as to provide us instructions about the processing of personal data after your death, which you can exercise at any time. For the newsletter and any alert: either inside of your personal account area or by using the unsubscribe link on each electronic newsletter you receive. 3. OUR COMPANY’S MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Collection Means of Personal Data

When you shop online or at our retail stores, we may collect certain personal data, including your name, address, title, email address, phone number, , style preference, favorite brands, marital status, food preference, beverage preference, and color preference. We could also ask you to provide us with optional information such as product and service preferences. With your consent and while at our retail store, OdCen’s staff may collect certain personal data from you in the course of our contact or encounter, which may include your size information, lifestyle information, and basic information on your family status or circle. When you register for an account on the Website, we collect personal data through the form available from the “Create your account” insert. We may ask you to enter your title, first name, surname, email address and IP address or UDID of your mobile phone as the case may be. In addition, for online transactions, we collect transaction-related information needed to process your order (items chosen, delivery and billing address, telephone number means of payment, including your bank card details in order to enable billing-account holder name, number and expiry date-in case of payment by bank card). We could ask you to provide us with optional information such as product and services preferences. We collect also data concerning the monitoring of our commercial relationship (your order number, the chronology of your purchases, your contacts and requests or your correspondence with our customer). Unless otherwise indicated, required fields are mandatory as they are necessary to process your request. Mandatory fields will be indicated as such when collected orally. If you do not fill out the mandatory fields, we may not be able to meet your expectations. When you decide to contact OdCen customer service through Website’s tools provided by OdCen such as automatic callback or instant messaging system with one of our advisor, we’ll use personal data already collected on the Website including in particular those linked to the account creation (as listed above). This is to provide you with customized service and to effectively meet your requests.

3.2 Purposes of personal data collection

OdCen processes your personal data through our Website or other corporate systems. We may use your personal data for the following purposes: To provide you with services and fulfil the orders that you placed and to comply with our contractual obligations, in particular to enable you to create an account and purchase OdCen products online, to manage your orders and their delivery as well as the corresponding warranties

Some of the personal data we collect is essential for processing your requests (mainly your surnames, first names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone number). These essential fields are indicated as such or marked with an asterisk on the collection forms and are processed to allow OdCen to perform their agreement with you. In addition, it may be used to provide you with better services or for any additional services requested by you. We cannot satisfy your requests if you do not complete certain compulsory fields. We also collect, subject to your consent, your geo-location data, which may be used in order to locate the nearest shop to you when you connect to the OdCen mobile application. We may also collect device information (such as product model, operating system), log information (such as device event information, system activity, hardware settings). In certain circumstances, general, non-personally identifiable information that we log from Website visits such as Internet service provider, operating system/browser type, and pages accessed, may also be collected.

3.3 Note concerning the processing of personal data for purposes of prevention and management of payment defaults

In order to combat fraud over the internet, information concerning your order and the device used to place the order (such as operating system used, the location of the device, whether or not a proxy was used etc.) is gathered automatically and used to analyze your transaction for purpose of fraud detection and prevention of payment defaults. The information may be transmitted to our payment service provider and to any third party that is duly authorized by law for the sole purpose of checking your identity, the validity of the order, the payment method used an of the requested delivery address. You may withhold or withdraw your consent at any point in time in accordance with the terms of our Cookies Policy. However, should your refuse to allow us to use cookies to secure the transactions, your order may not be approved automatically and will have to be reviewed manually. You may be asked for proof of identity in order to confirm your order. 3.4 Storage of Data

We will keep your personal data for as long as we have a business need and purpose to retain your personal data, including storage for archival purposes. When we believe we no longer need such personal data, we will destroy or otherwise dispose of your personal data in a manner intended to preserve your privacy and security and as required by applicable law. In addition, below is a list of storage durations for certain types of personal data: Management of your newsletter and alert subscription: we keep your data for as long as your subscription is effective. As soon as we receive your subscription cancellation request, we delete the data we kept for the sending of newsletter, If you are a customer: (i.e. you have purchased a OdCen product): for a period not to exceed 5 (five) years from your initial purchase. This period is renewed each time you interact with OdCen (i.e. you make another purchase). Management of marketing prospects: three (3) years as of the latest contact with the prospect, and Geo-location data: two (2) months.

3.5 Data recipients

Your personal data may be transmitted and shared to various OdCen departments, affiliates, and subsidiaries that we own or control, or that are under common control or ownership. We may share your personal data with service providers that perform services for us. These services are used for the operation of our retail stores and in the operation of the Website, such as providing marketing assistance, analyzing user content, and processing payment card information. Personal data collected through the Website and at our retail stores can be transmitted to partner companies or other third parties for various marketing and advertising operations organized by ODCEN. We may also share personal data with law enforcement agencies if we reasonably believe unlawful activities have occurred or the personal data may aid in an ongoing investigation. We may also share personal data with law enforcement if we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have violated our agreements or policies or that the release of your personal data may protect the rights, property, interests, or safety of OdCen or any third party. We may share personal data as required by, or permitted by law, whether in response to subpoenas, court orders, other legal processes, or as we believe is necessary to exercise our legal rights, including defending against legal claims that have been or might be brought against us. Your personal data may be transferred to a third party as a part of our business assets in a sale, merger, reorganization, or other transaction involving part or all of OdCen. If this should happen, we will provide notice to you. Please note that some of these third parties may be located out of the European Economic Area. These transfers are protected by data transfer contracts with the recipients based on the standard clauses adopted by the European Commission in order to ensure that all personal data benefit from an adequate level of protection as provided under the Data Protection Regulation, and that appropriate technical and organizational security measures have been implemented to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access and against all other forms illicit processing. OdCen will not sell personal data to non-affiliated third parties and non-partners unless you were informed by OdCen through a release, agreement, or information available on the Website or our retail stores.

3.6 Data Security and Confidentiality

OdCen has reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data to prevent it from being deformed, damaged, destroyed, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Reasonable technical security and organizational measures, notably regarding information systems, have been implemented. However, OdCen cannot control all risks associated with the operation of the Internet, and draws your attention to the likelihood of risks incurred in its use and operation. As a result, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit, and you transmit all information at your own risk.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARE BUTTON

You can share some information or content found in the Website on social media (like product sheet). By clicking on the “like” button “share” on Facebook or any other share button of any other social media (twitter bird, the content is exported from OdCen’s servers and uploaded on the concerned social media’s website. This use is then governed by terms and conditions of said social media that we invite you to consult carefully. Export of content from our Website to social media is done under your full responsibility. In no event, shall OdCen be held liable for any use or action once it is exported.

5. “SEND TO A FRIEND” FUNCTIONALITY AND COLLECTION OF DATA CONCERNING THIRD PARTIES

You can use our Website to send information you think is interesting about our products or services to your friends. To send a product sheet: we ask you to enter your friend’s email address so the information can be transmitted. We only collect this personal data in order to send the email.

This Policy does not apply to web sites or applications offered by other organizations or individuals that may be displayed as content in a search on the Website. OdCen encourages you to read the policy of any third party website or applications before transmitting personal data.
